The elevator is out of service at 196 Rockaway Parkway, as per a notice posted by building management dated 1/8/2026. The text of the notice can be read here. The details of tomorrow’s meeting and all subsequent tenant gatherings will be posted on this website for the convenience of neighbors unable to meet in the lobby.
Join us to discuss our progress and strategies for the new year. Bring your gently used winter clothing to give or swap with your neighbors! If you are planning on bringing winter clothing, please reach out to Toni between 10am-9pm so that we have space for everything!
